You can't natively do it. There are a number of third party controls out there that can. Also if you have .Net or you know C++ you write some very simple GDI+ code to perform a variety of image functions such as rotation, resizing, thumbnailing and more.
We also have a wwImaging component that's part of West Wind Client Tools that performs those tasks, but that's probably overkill for your needs <g>. You can find more info about the Client Tools at:
