Has anyone noticed this behavior before, or know what the solution is.

When I start my CodeMine application (either of them), if I have completely let go of the mouse, when the Logon screen comes up... the Mouse HourGlass still appears like it is active. However, as soon as I touch the mouse... it clears.

This is also true when I select a form and the mouse is positioned on top of the form when it opens. However, if the mouse is positioned on top of the ToolBar... it would clear the HourGlass as expected.

If I build and run the Sample application, it does not exhibit this behavior.

Any idea's on how to stop this are appreciated.
