You are right. There are techniques to reduce this and even 2 or 3 such issues per week from a pool of 3000 sites using free tables is not too bad. Also, we sometimes charge users for a new install (CD) and this tends to also reduce the repeat occurances a little :)

Another thing for Alejandro to consider is how to update the exe iro enhancements and bug fixes. We, of course, have no bugs in our systems - only features which the users fail to sufficiently appreciate - such as the instant exit feature - also known as the "order another CD feature" :)
