Zafer, I don't know any way to do this with a memo field (well, I can think of some ways to try, but I don't know if they'd work), but it's easy to do with the Rich Textbox control against RTF.

When you load in the text, set the SelStart and SelLength so that the whole thing is selected, and set the Protected property. Check out MSKB#253684 for a sample I wrote that shows how to do this.
