i have one prob more and that is. i am using my free tables for application and each end of the year i am making the new folder for the same name of the year like

for yera 2002 i have made y2002 folder and my all database files r there only and next year after closing this year i am again creating folder for year 2003 as y2003 and copying all my previous year files to next year and do some changing accordingly the customer balances. i mean closing balance of the previous year balance become the opening balances of the new year. this is what logic i am using.

if i use the odbc to connect the tables i have to make the reports for every new year. that will be very tough. tell me what to do. as i don't wana change my logic.
