Is it possible to access the COM+ Shared Property Manager from outside COM+? I.e. from a VFP COM EXE running under Web Connection?

I am looking at trying to duplicate a VB COM DLL's functionality in my VFP COM EXE in order to avoid instantiating the VB DLL from my VFP COM server code, since doing so seems to cause intermittent generation of Invokation errors. Unfortunately, some of this functionality includes accessing the Shared Property Manager.
