There's not much too it.

Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs->Windows Components

If you're running Win2K or WinXP, chances are good it's already installed. Just check in Services to make sure it starts automatically.

In your browser, type http://localhost to verify that it's working.

>Hi,
>Can anyone recommend any "how to" books that detail how to set up a web server? I want to experiment with Active VFP or maybe WWC. I have worked with VFP for many years and now need to look at thin client applications for a client and I basically know zip about setting up web stuff. I have MS Universal subscription, so I assume I should have most of the tools needed to get started at least. Thanks.
