No, just a PRG. This .PRG in question does use some low level file functions but it's the .FXP that isn't released. The files that the .PRG access with FPUT(), etc... always seem to be released.

The problem is it only happens 1 out of every 5 or so times that I need to re-compile the .PRG. So I really can't reproduce it.
