I found the problem.
My localhost has a Dutch (NL) Operating system. That is for running Dutch MS-Office. So the ASP server can not handle a US date format. I replaced the expiration date "January 1, 2035" with DTOC(DATE()+2000).
To delete the cookie I use DTOC(DATE()-1)

p.s. Now I'm running full scripting, development is easy: hit ^S on the scriptfile and F5 in the browser, that's all. No compilation needed.
Another little issue: MergeScript does not accept the 'Code //Comment' format. Just to know, it has no use to fix it. '* Comment' works fine.
