Your customer must be using Outlook 200 (pre-security patch) or older. The security alert will eventually bite you at your customer. As a work around, do a search for Outlook Redemption. Also, look for Ed Rauh's contributions on this site...he posted a work around for the nag screen.

Personally, I would say avoid the issue altogether by not depending on Outlook. Check out wwIpstuff at West-Wind for sending SMTP mail, and the Mail/X control (more expensive) at www.mabry.com.

You can also use CDO...I have never tried it.
