Você pode tentar assim:
* Membros.Dbf (Tabela com os membros)
ID c(5) (ou Integer)
Nome
Fone

* Arvore.Dbf (Tabela com a árvore)
ID_Pai
ID_Mae
ID_Filho

* Depois é só fazer select's juntando as tabelas
