Simple way by using Windows Explorer, go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\ado and check the version of your msado15.dll file under Properties. This should correspond to the version of MDAC installed.

The "official" way is to check it with the ComCheck utility downloadable from the ADO site at MS. HTH
