Hey SB,

I dont give out my password....my network administrator knows it :) But someone also told me that a person could gain access to a networked PC via the default C$ share - even without knowing the users password. But I am no expert either so do not know if this is true or not.

Thanks anyway,

If I try to switch this off it says that the drive has been shared for admin purposes and that the default share will be reset when the PC is restarted. Does this mean that users on my network that know my username/password will be able to access these drives? If so, is there a way to stop it?
