We are just about ready to put our local warrants on the internet for all the public to see. That's right the local citizenry will be able to check for warrants by last and first name, or just last, or address or just a street name. I think this will help whittle some of the 56k warrants we currently have on file.

We are using WC for most anything we do online, but I want to add another wrinkle. I'd like to have an icon for people to be able to use instant messaging right to our Fugitive Warrants Bureau. I want Yahoo, Microsoft and AOL users to be able to communicate. Anyone got any ideas about how I could make this happen?
