Hello;

My "main document" has two Roledex cards on each page (Avery form 8442). I have inserted the appropriate Data Fields on each card.

When I merge the Data, I get the same record on both cards (that are on the same page). The next 2 cards in the following page has the same record and so on.

I have tried the following;

1) Between the 2 cards (in the middle of the page) I have inserted

"<<Next Record>>"

field (from "Insert Word Field" dropdown in Mail Merge toolbar).

2) I have inserted a Division Break (continous).

But the two cards still have the same record. So, what triggers SKIP TO NEXT RECORD in a word document ?
