You need to use the Citrix Management Console | Printer Management
and Map the printers..Typically the printers are installed on the clients and the server. In Citrix XP this should work automatically but perhaps
you have installe the printer on the server (it should be on the client)
In older versions I think you need to run this Mapping Tool.

Around here we just install all the printers on both machines...
