Normally we dont have a problem access the user registry that is HKEY_CURRENT_USER . You should be able to add all the users directly from the domain in the citrix management console so the rights are inherited from the citrix machine. Like in normal win2000 you can use POLEDIT to create policies with exactly what you want in them.
