If in your report you will go work only two font size and the changing are in litle fields, you can to create two fields, one above the other and use the "Print When" in the TextField, Eg.:

 1 - Create the first field
 2 - In the Print When put Len(MyField) <= 10
 3 - Create the second field above the first field
 4 - In the Print When put Len(MyField) > 10
