VFP have a great advantage manipulating external Database Server, for VFP is the same if you are working with MySQL, PostgresSQL, Oracle, MS-SQL Server, or some extrange or new as a Ocelot :-S?...
The only need of VFP is your server have an ODBC Driver or OLDB Privider, so you can use any of the Technology supported by VFP as Remote Views, SPT or ADO.
