Hi!

Just horizontal synchronizing of grids is much more simple and does not have much need in separate class - see my answer in the thread #742997.

My new class have main purpose of synchronizing vertical grids scrolling (though helps to synchronize horizontal scrolling too). Because it contains very complex code and solutions for reliable vertical scrolling synchronizing, I would not send it for free to UT downloads for awhile.
