Hi Rodd,

The view designer cannot modify a view when free tables aren't opend. Therefore you should open free tables before to modify the view.
If you take a look at SQL statment of the view you can see that clause FROM doesn't contains the paths to free tables. It's a cause why designer asks you about free table location.
