I got your files.
First of all the SPARSE property of the column needs to be set to .F. (not true).
Secondly, in the data you provided the cursor used as a datasource (CurOnGoingHealth) for the grid itself only has a matching key for one patient record. So the grid will only show its databound objects when those objects have data to bind to.
Anyway, try making the first change and then select a patient record that has a matching "OnGoingHealth" foreign key and see what happens. Because it seemed to work just fine for me.
