I'm developing a specialised CRM type system for a client, and one of the things i'm tring to do is to be avle to view all emails sent or received, from a customer screen.
(i.e. as well as being bale to see customer balances, they also want to be able to see all emails sent and received at the click of a button)


I'm wondering whats the best way to do this. Obviously, for emails going out, I can control it and get them to send everything from within the Application... but what about emails coming in.

Emails could come to any user from any customer (assume they have a mail server).

I'd appreaite any suggestions on this.
