I'm having a problem for which I can't find a solution.

I activate a vertical scroll bar in my form.
Now I add object in my form (A textbox, for example).
If the Object falls out of the Forms Viewport, then the scroll bar get visible and I can scroll the view port dow to see the object.

Now if I set the TOP Property of the object to 1800, I can't scroll down enough to see the object. It seems I can only scroll down to the position 1710 (or so)
But this is because I'm using 1152x864 screen resolution.

If I change the screen resolution to 800x600, then I can't scroll to a position higher than some 1300.

This behaviour can be seen in run-time as well as in design time.

What is hapening here ? Is there a limit for the scroll of a form ?
Isn't there any workaround ?
