If the report is retrieving a large amount of data for the report, then you might want to make sure that your hard drive has a lot of extra space on it. I believe Crystal does some behind-the-scenes work in your TEMP directory when preparing the data for output. If there is not enough disk space to gather the data together, then that might be the cause of your error.
