Hi Michael, tahnks for your reply.

How do you identify different customers emails ?. Say there are three users (Peter Paul and Mary) and these get their emails into different folders, thats fine, but if they are getting emails, from say 800 different customers, how do you make the link between the customers email and your account number in the financials ?

>I've done this before. My client's emails were directed to specific mailboxes as defined by IT. All I did was to loop through the oldest to newest email, reading them then setting them to read.
