2.2 GHz
256 MB RAM
40 GB HD
OS = WinXP SP1
VS.NET SP2

Problem:
Not able to run any type of Win Form Application created in .NET (C# to be specific).

Cause:
The system appeared shortly after installing NIS on a WinXP (SP1)

Solution:
I hope you have one because I surely don't. Apperantly it's a problem with either an Anti-Virus setting or Firewall Setting. I can't seem to figure it out since it's not reporting on the logs. Any ideas would be appreciated.
