You got it!!!

I've been debugging and putting traces on this for the last few days, wasted about 15 hours at least. Now it makes total sense. The other machine I'm testin with, the virus software isn't working properly, so it doesnt do any checking, and neither does the server. Which explains why only my main machine has the problem.

I just tried it with virus off, it takes about 10 seconds, not 2 minutes. IF I turn virus checking on, start the program, it sits there - turn virus checking off, and a few seconds later it starts.

ANy idea why it starts in 8 seconds with virus checking on, and no other users, versus 2 minutes if it has to share with the server?
