A consistent user interface as well as operating system consistencies make for a “better computing experience”. I think. Built upon Windows NT technology does mean something after all! :)

Don't get me wrong, I love XP for its solidness, way better than NT or even W2K, and don't even mention W9x or, *shudder*, ME. My XP machine at work has only had to be rebooted about 3 times in the 4 months I've had it. Once for new software and hardware being installed, and twice for this "tool tip" problem.
