I didn't pay close attention to your specific problems; the problems I had were that it was simply difficult to control the exact position of elements.

That's right. My solution also requires the VFP compiler. My solution is basically for the programmer, not for the user.

What I have seen in the past that works, is to design the reports in the FoxPro/DOS version - and then run the report without converting it to the Windows format.
However, once again, this requires the FoxPro license for the end-user.
Look at the other download(s) for text-mode reports: perhaps it is more appropriate for the end-user. It seems you have to design some sort of template for the report. I haven't tested it, so I don't know how flexible it is, or how appropriate for the end-user.
In case you decide to test it, I would be interested in the results.
