So I see, Sergey. That seems strange to support an obsolete 98, but not an obsolete NT - then again, we've been having increasing compatibility problems with NT here lately. It's clearly on its last legs of existence. Besides, 98 is mostly for home users, who may not upgrade soon no matter whether 98 is still MS-supported or not. But NT is corporate, and IT staffs need MS support much more than home users, especially with security issues. So I suppose there's some logic to the difference in support.

The main reason we can't move from NT to XP sooner is that we still have a lot of old machines (64 RAMers) that struggle under NT, let alone XP. Our new machines are all getting XP Pro, but it'll take a while to phase NT out completely here.
