What I have found during my tests is that what you surely need to deploy VFP 8 apps in NT, as well as in Win9x, is to be sure that GDIPLUS.DLL is installed. If it's not, its just a few Kb to download from MSDN. After that, it's the usual MDAC, IE, etc, depending on what you're using.
The runtime itselfs doesn't have any problem. But, as Sergey pointed, it runs, but it's not always supported.
