Try this:

Local lxReturn
Set Procedure To MyReport.app
Main(@lxReturn)
* In Main procedure work with the parameter and set the value that would in
* return to the parameter, Eg.:
Procedure Main
Parameters txReturn
 .
 .
 .
 txReturn = MyReturn
EndProc

This work with ".prg", I don't if work wit ".app".
