Yep I've seen that one, have a windows version too. That one also runs ICQ, Yahoo, MSN & Jabber like the miranda one, but this one also has AIM and even IRC support - but you loose quite a few of the features, I think the Miranda one is more mature at this point and because of that it has a lot of stuff already built into it.
