>>My employers are looking to introduce some form of basic Fox training for new database analysts. The role is such that we normally just go through the basics of table and file manipulation with new starters and then make ourselves available if they need help.

>>However, we've been looking to get some sort of training material together. Nothing too heavy, we're wanting to train people on loading and manipulating data with Visual FoxPro not develop Client/Server apps.

http://www.takenote.com/selfstudy.htmJust to add that if this is going to be what you do to support yourself or your family, then by all means take the course!!! I have been teaching myself part-time through reading and practicing a few hours here and there for about a year (not that you are as hard-headed as I am), but I am still unable to put together a meaningful robust application together. Object Oriented Programming and Application Development with Visual Foxpro is not our parent's programming paradigm. IMHO
Structured and guided learning is a must! The sooner the better. Best regards.
