Last communicated with Chandra Srinivasan w/ MS on 1/16. We communicated over a period of about a week as summarized below:

1. John Koziol escalated the issue to her
2. She contacted me and asked for a copy of my data to investigate.
3. I sent her the dbc containing stored procedures and empty tables (it was quite large with the data)
4. She acknowledged receipt and thanked me. That's the last I've heard from her.

I did send her the email history on the support incident with Crystal Decisions and pointed out that it's critical this provider work properly with the world's leading report writer.
