I see data loss also using the following drivers:
HP LJ3100
Jaws PDF Writer
I have no control of the printer drivers installed in my customers and cannot force them to install new printers: they don't have windows disks and rights to add a printer.
I still want to use REPORT TO FILE ASCII in my distribute application.
Any idea ?
Is this FoxPro bug ?
>I see data lost if current VFP driver (? SET("printer",3)) is Generic/Text driver regardless of windows default driver. There's no data loss if current VFP driver isn't Generic/Text driver. You can issue SET PRINTER TO NAME < printer other than Generic/Text > prior to printing to avoid data loss.
