i created all my forms modal because it simplyfied some issues (like menu disableling, etc.) for me.
the report wizard i wrote is a wrapper araund the Report Form and Label Form to be able to do things i can not produce with the simple Report Form Preview/Print. It simply allows the user to enter certain report parameters/filters, allows to preview with a search option, and allows then to print to any network printer, word, excel, ftp, email, etc.
