(1) Browser version can matter

(2) Sometimes even an extra carriage return in HTML code after IMG tag can create a mess. Need to look at that piece of HTML code

(3) This particular image -- try to print it (a) from a local folder, (b) to a different printer, (c) different browser, (d) a variety of (a)..(c) -- is it Ok

Without looking at HTML code it's really hard to say.
