Conceptually what would be a nice simple way to syncronize deletes between
two databases... The databases are oracle so I have no "delete mark".

The scenario is this:
User 1 Goes Offline with the Data
-Deletes a record
-Goes back on line so I need to delete from the server

OR
User 1 Goes Online with the Data Changes
But the record they want to update has been deleted...

I guess I need to store all deletes in a table or is there another way?
