Gonz,
I preface this with something that you and I and Craig and our late friend Ed all probably believe: Part of our jobs is to do a proper install. I know, from personal conversation with him, that he believed it, and from knowing a bit about history of the four of us, I'd say you and Craig feel the same way.
Like Alex, I'm a corporate developer. The one thing that I truly love about ISX is that it allows me to develop an installation program that my users can't screw up or screw up my ability to support the application. That, in and of itself, is a big plus.
Was there a learning curve? Yeah, but Mike's walk-through considerably reduced it. I wouldn't go back to the old set-up wizard if paid to do so.
Having seen the new version of ISX that'll ship with the release of 8.0, I like it even more. The previous version's short-comings have been eliminated.
