The object browser in VFP7 can give you this info. Or the object browsers in the Visual Basic Editors of Word or Excel. (Tools->Macros)

Does anyone know of a comprehensive list of available properties and methods for the automation of Word and Excel? We are trying to integrate their functionality into our app (VFP6 and VFP7) both by embedding OLE and externally. Any help is appreciated.
