If you need one particular command, turn on the Macro Recorder (in Word or Excel), do something, turn off the macro recorder, and then look at the resulting macro.
You can then transfer that to Visual FoxPro. You can also click on a command in the Word or Excel code, and press F1 to get the exact syntax, or other details.
