I'll second (or rather, "third" the motion). As I mentioned in another post, I did it once, basically as a "patch" until we could fix an underlying bad design, and while we never had any major problems, it never sat well with me... I was glad when we discarded it. I file it under "nice to know that you can do it, but nicer to know that you don't need to..."
