You didn't mention two important things
- what server/client OS you use ?
- what VFP version you use ?
- number of concurent users ?
It seems that you check allmost everything.
I do not see:
-instalation of last OS service packs.
-switching off server disk cache
-switching to terminal services (if OS is Win2000)
