Hilmar, the apps are not the problem. (FYI, the apps will show an as-top-level form.) The problem is that getfile() will not be visible with SCREEN=OFF, unless I beforehand do: _screen.visible = .T.
In the past I discovered that WAIT WINDOW and MESSAGEBOX()
will be visible. GETFILE() isn't.
