Have you had a look at the tool I've built for running VFP Reports. I just posted an even more robust update of the VFP/OCX Report Engine last night. I also recently added the Automatic PAGE X OF Y feature for processing in VFP reports. I don't require making multiple passes on a Report to calculate PAGE X OF Y. Plus, the PDF output is typically 5 to 10 times faster than Adobe's PDF Writer once the report has been processed by the VFP Engine and is in the control. I already have a SendMail method on the control and plan to get the attachment part added by next week so you can call a single method or click on a button on the toolbar to email a PDF Report. Plus the Report Preview is very fast as well and I keep improving it. My goal is to make this a complete replacement to the VFP Report Writer. I am also building a Report Designer component that you will be able to have control over unlike the current VFP Report Designer.
