Hate to hear that, although that's not been my experience with them - although it was a few months ago. They hand-held getting me up and going with both the PDF and RTF product.
But, thanks for the info.... cause you sure right when you need help... you need it in a timely manner.
By the way... did you see my question about the Report Designer I posted, and do you have any thoughts on that?
