What are you trying to achieve? I don't think you can tell which mouse sent the click event, as there is only one cursor on-screen.
It might be possible to program the two mice (through their control panels) separately - one for right-hand, one for left-hand so the mouse buttons are effectively reversed. This would make one mouse do a right-click where the other does a left-click.
