How many hands do you have ?!

If I wanted "more mouse buttons", I would use the "Shift", "Ctrl", and / or "Alt" keys; eg. right click, left click, right click + shift, left click + shift, left click + ctrl, ...

>I'm sorry, i think you don't understand yet my question yesterday. So i think have to tell you more spesific about my case.
>I try make aplication which one computer can use two mice (maybe more). This aplication help me to handle problem absentee in my workplace.
>Usually we have 2 button from one mouse right clik and left clik. So if i add one more mouse the computer have 2 buttons more (4 buttons) with one cursor.
